Insurance is more than just a business for Pramod. It’s become his life’s passion. To improve himself in his domain he reads books and listens to podcasts on insurance that will help him serve his customers even better. He has undertaken about 65 training workshops on insurance and sales techniques since 2017 averaging 2-3 numbers a month including a basic six months insurance product training with Zaidi Corporation (Kazim's Institute of Leadership) in 2019 and 50-week Sales Mastery Training Programme from Rajesh Tagore of Leader Factory in 2021-22 among others. He also indulges in social work as a natural extension of helping others. His spare time if there be any is spent by rummaging through spiritual books and spending time with his family – his wife, Seema Yadav and son, Akarsh.
